So it’s been a minute.
Dealing with a not so great mental state due to both a pandemic and a gender crisis, I have gained about 5kg in a year. I know that it’s not really that much but I would like to break some of the bad habits I’ve gotten into in 2020 and early 2021.
I would like to...
1. Walk my dogs consistently during the week. This will comprise of 1-2 times during the working week and once on both Saturday and Sunday.
2. Continue going to the gym regularly, but go to one or more cardio sessions a week.
3. Stop the awful habit of eating biscuits at work. Don’t go into the tea room except for lunch and tea breaks. Stop the awful habit of buying cookies to have with coffee in the afternoon. Do not go to the shop unless you actually need something.
