If nightmares consist of dreams about death and different ways that he’ll die, then yes he does. Henry isn’t scared of them though, so I don’t think they classify as nightmares, at least for him. 

As for dreamless sleep, he does have to have those every once and a while. He’s usually bummed out more from the fact that he couldn’t have a dream full of gore.

"Love? Wow, that’s a disgusting word. Nya ha ha! Can we talk about death instead? Pleeease?”

Love is completely foreign for Henry. Love for him is something he doesn’t think he could ever experience and the thought of it makes him want to gag. To dedicate your heart to someone seems…ridiculous. He’d much rather have it explode instead. That would be much cooler in his opinion.
