I like this Ramattra spray a lot so I'm going to yap about what I believe are its implications because I'm Very Normal About Him
I talked about something along these lines in a Discord server with my pals forever ago but it wasn't as thought out as I wanted it to be so here we go

This spray is a regular shop spray named "Restrained". For being such an unassuming cosmetic in the face of everything that Overwatch offers it tells a very interesting story (or atleast I believe so).
A good few of Ramattra's sprays detail him in his Wandering Monk outfit—representing his past as part of the Shambali—this being no different. We see Ramattra here in a neutral, unassuming standing position. Nothing out of the ordinary, everything is fine. Behind him, however, stands his shadow: tall and monstrous, crooked, and imposing, its claws outstretched.
Ramattra joined the Shambali in hopes of learning how to improve human/omnic relations, something we know his stance on would come to change drastically, especially with his growing distaste of Mondatta's beliefs. This caused him to leave the monastery and eventually spark the creation of Null Sector years later, becoming the Ravager we know now.
"so cleaner, what are you getting at?"
It's simple, really.
To me, the shadow represents what he would eventually grow to be in the eyes of the world: a monster. An omnic responsible for mass chaos, an ambitious, but cruel leader who stops at nothing to "free" his people. But in the Shambali, he had to keep these ambitions, and by proxy his true nature, under lock and key. Under restraint. They stayed hidden, until they came to embody his very being.
Although you can gauge whatever meaning you want out of this spray on your own and this post and my interpretation could just mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. Blah.

Yay new Overwatch hero! Yay she’s an omnic! Yay, she has a sexy human face and big pretty eyes and long hair!! And big ass!! Yay! Zenyatta and Ramattra get to look like normal omnics but Shion can’t look attractive if she isn’t presenting as feminine :))))))) yay!!
At the risk of sounding anti-intellectual, I think that college should be free and also not a requirement for employment outside of highly specialized career fields
