So recipe for picky eaters.
If you can eat garlic, pasta and butter this is a recipe for you.
To one pot water ad salt. Wait for it to boil and and any kind of pasta (i like bowtie pasta), now let it cook.
Now for the sauce thing idk.
Add to a pan as much butter as you want the more the better (the butter is the sauce) and crushed or smushed garlic ( if you like to eat garlic just make it how you want it), the garlic is what flavors the butter rlly well.
When the pasta only has like 3 minutes left to cook and any veggies or meat to the garlic butter ( i suggest spinach without the stem) its just important to add something you like and can eat (if you dont want anything with the pasta your done mix the butter and pasta together), if you have any veggies or meat let them cook the softer the better, after the pasta is drained place it into the butter and veggies and add some parmesean for something cheesy.
There you have it a simple but good meal.
I always eat mine with. Butter, spinach, garlic and pasta.
As someone that cant cook often this is a meal i can cook myself and eat without hating myself.
