just- Neil and Todd going to visit Keating in england and they spend a day in london and Keating takes them to the tate britain because he thinks Neil will love all of the Shakespeare inspired artwork but really it ends up being Todd who falls in love with it. He's always read the works to help Neil rehearse, but the paintings open up a whole new world for him, finally he's seeing what Neil sees

this always hit so fucking hard for me. like.. yeah the boys are crying and shit but its charlie that gets me. his face. hes so fucking done and so fucking angry and hes pissed at the goddamned world. i think its just so fucking powerful how he refuses to sing and to pray, he refuses to ask for help because he just lost his friend and dammit hes angry about it. idk if it was scripted or an acting choice but either way its so in character and so genius and ill never get over it.

Neil perry is the type of dude to wander through the dorm halls at 2 a.m when he can’t sleep simply so he can play a little game of “how long can I wander aimlessly until I get caught”. He eventually realizes he can go far longer than he thought without getting caught and gets bored and goes back to harass Todd, but he does this every single time he can’t sleep (pretty often, at this point the staff have just started ignoring him)
