Matthew MacFayden was a lovely Mr. Darcy. I mean he is so sad and so vulnerable and so obviously in love with Elizabeth and how am I supposed to resist those eyes??

But no one who has ever seen the 1995 version can have any doubt about who the real Mr. Darcy is, because no one, and I repeat, no one can ever play that part better than Colin Firth did.
