“What if we fueled our ambitions rather than starved for our goals? What could we achieve if we fed our dreams? What if we worked to grow strong instead of focusing on losing weight? What habits would we procure if we focused on gaining something rather than losing? Could we be an example of confidence and strength? Could we reinvigorate lost aspirations? Could we inspire young girls to be unapologetically themselves?
I’m not the exception, I’m the rule. Let’s break misconceptions and inspire the next generation. Because, together we’re a force💥🏃🏻♀️”
You are you and that’s enough.
stop being so afraid of opportunities that could be great for you
Create.
just think about how grateful your future self will be if you keep going. how glad you will be for having worked so hard. it will all be worth it.
Consistency is harder when no one is clapping for you. You must clap for yourself during those times, you should always be your biggest fan.
you’ve gotta stat romanticizing your life. you gotta start believing that your morning commute is cute and fun, that every cup of coffee is the best you’ve ever had, that even the smallest and most mundane things are exciting and new. you have to, because that’s when you start truly living. that’s when you look forward to every day.
please make sure that wherever you’re at in life, you don’t treat it like a transitory period. don’t waste your college years wishing to already be graduated & have a job. don’t waste your single years wishing for someone to be in love with. if/when those things come, they will come in due time and they will be good. but there is nothing like looking back and feeling empty because you wasted literal years ignoring what you had because you were hoping for something better. while it’s important to better yourself and reach for your goals, don’t neglect the present because that’s where you are now and it’s your now that determines your future.
this is so true! i am so glad i didn’t waste my grad school years being sad about being long distance with dylan, or my undergrad years wishing i was done with school and working. find the everyday joy and relish it in every season because it’s all the same joy ♥️💫
this is something i have to tell myself when toeing the line of a fast race (or when anticipating, the days leading up to a fast field), if i ever have any doubts or inklings of fear, but this can apply to any situation where you doubt yourself and your abilities against others:
i belong here just as much as anyone else. i am just as capable as anyone else. i have just as much potential as anyone else. i will work just as hard, and harder than, anyone else.
wow this just changed my thoughts on a whole lotta things
Mood/status/reminder to self: focus on bettering yourself, do more/be more/say less, surrounding yourself with like-minded people who are also motivated to become and do better (plan, organize, prioritize and execute), and say bye to lazy, non-ambitious people

One of the greatest discoveries a person makes is to find they can do what they were afraid they couldn’t do.
