January Week 2
It’s Wednesday D:
I was supposed to run more than one day last week, but I did noooooott...... soooooo, whelp. I did end up climbing for a total of 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).
I started this week off on Sunday with climbing outdoors :O :O. Climbing outdoors is dangerous because 1) you don’t know where the holds are! You make the holds yourself out of surfaces that are bArElY sticking out and 2) even though I was top-ropping and when you’re on a rope, you’re pretty safe, the fact that there’s HARD rock beneath you to fall on fucks with your nerves.
On another note, I ran 4 miles on a treadmill yesterday and haaaaated it. And preceded that with some light squats for form and bench press.
I’m hoping to boulder indoors today and maybe squat again, right after I get a hair cut P:
