I've been doing a bit of building in Walden, since I had made space for these beach (riverbank, really) lots a long time ago, but didn't do anything with them. Until now.

Presenting the Fisherman's Shack and Bingo Hall, where residents can enjoy fresh fish al fresco or more mundane fast food at the diner. Also on the weekends, they can take part in bingo tournaments, and simply enjoy the breeze. When the weather is good enough to do so.

This floor plan comes from Designs for Convenient Living Portfolio #43 A MidCentury Contemporary/Modern 3 bedrooms - 2.5 bathrooms - garage - central courtyard back patio - hobby area (in garage) - large yard w/soccer pitch Grid-Adjusted Roof Slope fully furnished - with Minimal CC -

This series of houses is built from plans by Richard B. Pollman (1914-1980,) and are a part of his Designs for Convenient Living - specifically from Portfolio #43. (I couldn't find an exact publication date for Portfolio #43; but Portfolio #45 was published in 1963, and Portfolio #47 was published in 1966. So I think it is safe to say this was probably in 1961-62-ish?)

Epoch Museum

Sim Quarter is home to the artsies, and they have set up a glorious museum. Check it out if you have a heart for art and if you're one to pursue the unique pieces. 

The last of this little Sim Quarter strip, Epoch Museum. It turned out being less of an art museum and more dinosaurs and artifacts, because the two interior references featured dinos and stone monuments. It's also a pretty small space and boy was it a struggle getting things to fit.

I also added an outdoor seating area to fill out some extra space and added a little zen garden and coffee cart. Pretty pleased with how it came out, along with the other two shops on this lot.

Hello all! I hope you've all had a good Christmas. I've decided to remodel my allotment lot as I wasn't quite happy with the previous version. Especially after I saw the advice on this post. This one is a bit more functional, as I've had Sylvie and Luke to setup all the plants. This means that each time a sim visits, there will be constant fresh produce for the sims to tend, water and harvest.

So here is the Quay-Side Allotments.

I took a long break from Benbirth and only have started to get back to it this year (+ uploading some old gameplay pictures).

...So aftter a long break Newlora's houses weren't looking that sharp to me... This is the first build with the redo. Planning on redoing mostly aall the residential lots. This build consists of 3 lots. I apartment and 2 shops under it. None of these are finished but all shapes and some details are there :3 !

I already know this one room apartment is gonna be my fave

My friend asked if I could build something for her birthday present, and I came up with this old school market hall.

While Foxfire is a hot mix of whatever I feel fits in, it's not exactly a city-like environment. It was fun to build something in a totally different scale for once!
