Outdoor Gym set | Fitness trail and exercise bike
Popping in for another long-due upload!
This is a mini set of outdoor gym equipment, including a fitness trail cloned from the obstacle course career reward, and an exercise bike. Both use the AL monkey bar textures, and I made 4 custom recolors.

(personal rambling under the cut)
I'm still trying to keep up with the community and lurking around here but it's been more difficult to play and make progress on my projects lately, juggling between work, my computer showing signs of age, and personal life in general being pretty rough lately... I'm planning to switch to Linux on my laptop in hopes of (among other reasons) prolonging its life by a few more years but I'm stuck on installation problems. And in the longer run I need to prepare to buy a new computer anyway, pretty daunting task tbh.
Anyway, I have other stuff in the works that I hope to share before the end of the year at least!
I use reshade with HORROR PIXEL preset by Lavenfur. It's technically for Gshade but I believe you can use it if you have gshade shaders in the shaders folder.
I removed 90% of actual roads and used fake dark rural lane roads - TeaAddict edit. I also use this default invisible desert roads to complete the look.
Here's the list of grungy lots I used to fill the town:
Pleasantview Apartments by Pikkonsimming HERE.
Various Lots by Maryata - War, War 2, Haunted House, Abandoned House etc. HERE.
Various Kativip Lots - Abandoned House, CHBL, DOS
Falling Oasis by Purity Project HERE.
GOS favourites - Toxic Pond, Lucky's Tattoo & The Pitts, The Factory
Forgotten & Abandoned Gas station by RecklessJerry HERE.
Backstreet Place, Tin Can Alley by Cyclonesue HERE.
Funfair lot by Paranoia0612 HERE.
Ramshackle Cottage by Aya20 HERE.
Dereliction House by eedgan HERE.
Ottomas Cottage by Aurora HERE.
Simulado Ranch by Andrevasims HERE.
I plan to update the list when I find missing links to some of the lots, like Replica, Old Sport Complex and Farthing Alley.
@moocha-muses Glamper Set made repository and visible from hood view
GlamperFront is master to GlamperBack and RoofVent, you can get rid of any recolors you have for those. In the original set the roof vent only came in one color, making it repo made the other colors available. I also made the front and back visible from hood view (the vent was already visible). Download only has the edited meshes, you can get the recolors from Moocha’s post
Download - Alternate
Tip if you’re building your Glamper on a diagonal like the one in the middle: make it 2 tiles wide and use the quarter tile cheat to place the front and back
Here is a layerable white polka dots blush based on one that I saw in some Sims 3 screenshots and recreated from scratch for The Sims 2. The blush it’s inspired by is for Sims 3 and it’s by springcolds.
It’s just the spots and not any pinkness, so you can use it with any other blush. Some blushes I recommend are Nymphy’s cheek bone blushes, Jessi’s Deserve Me, Nymphy’s Jessi’s Deserve Me in Astromeso’s NARS colors, and blushes by Pooklet and Lilith.
I had to stop procrastinating on this, since it’s meant for the subhood I’m intending to build-to-share. It’s clapboard siding in the same 58 colors as the other three parts of this “series.” For each color, there’s a version with right trim, left trim, and no trim. So, 174 walls.
Files are compressed and clearly named, and there’s a copy of the color swatch image above included in the download file.
Isn't it weird, Sims 2 being over 20 years old and someone has yet to make a begonia plant? Or at least I've never seen one. That's why, when I stumbled upon this download from @jacky93sims I knew what I had to do!
I extracted the plant and made a new object of it. I gave it a random GUID (meaning it won't clash with Jacky's version) but if you stumble upon any conflict, let me know. I edited the texture and fixed some small things on the uv-map. It's quartertile-enabled, placable on tables and it has two subsets. Two recolors are included. My version does not require the ts4shadow file, it's using one of the generic shadow textures from the basegame. There is also a second version without the pot (this object is repo'd to the one with pot) so you can use it with other pots as well.
Polycount: 886 / 600 (potless)
Texture: 512x512
Compressed, no mipmaps and as usual you can choose between separate or merged recolors. Do let me know if anything is wonky.

Mentionable Toilet Recolors + Texture Replacement + CEP Extra
More toilets! We've got the Mentionable Toilet in Sugar Rush colors, and the seats in @morepopcorn's woods. Or a default replacement using the colors shown in the first screenshot, with extra colors as recolors.
For the seat recolors to work, or to mix-and-match seats and toilet bowls, you'll need the CEP Extra I made that separates it into two recolorable subsets. There's a secret third subset that will keep the metal bits shiny even with matte recolors (will look best with Extended StandardMaterial Shader).
CarWreck now pulls textures from the NL Smoogo car, it's different from the CycloneSue mesh I repo'd a while ago. JunkStove repo'd to the BG urinal and Cio Time stove. TireFlowers repo'd to the BG Daisies of our Lives, the tire couldn't be repo'd but it looks like they used the one from the NL Smord truck and it could probably be repo'd if someone remapped it for me. The car and urinal/stove are found in Deco-Sculpture, the tire flowers are found in Deco-Plants
I've used Uzil's GTA IV roads as a default replacement for the concrete terrain roads. Compatible with any terrain replacements that do not include road textures. (They're pictured above with @peppermint-ginger's concrete terrain, which I highly recommend.)
Please note that the curved road texture has a slight color difference, as seen below. It doesn't bother me enough to fuss with it, but might be a dealbreaker for others.
The .RAR also includes road overlays and @criquette-was-here's edited mesh is included for convenience. Please see Uzil's original MTS post for matching floor tiles.

There's been too many basic hairstyles in my game lately. I needed something a little stranger. This hair was perfect for it!
As per usual, retextured to use the Remi textures that were released in 2020, with Pooklet natural colors! Ortrun is wearing Primer and Claudia is wearing Pyrotechnic.
