Progress of my first time adding a lacefront hairline to a wig. The overall process was a lot easier than I was expecting but it is still very tedious and time consuming.

Base wig is an Arda Le Tigre in Lilac. The hairline was made entirely out of harvested wefts from the wig itself, which is still thick even after the wefts had been removed.

I’ve pretty much finalized my lineup for Holmat this year so I might as well post it. Gonna rewear Santa and Shinjuku Alters but I’ll also be making Agartha Astolfo and Summer Jeanne as well!

I’d only ever made one armor cosplay before this and I didn’t even get a chance to do a test-wearing before the con so I’m happy nothing fell apart lol

Had fun tonight cosplaying Persona at Holmat! These were 1 of 3 sets of costumes that we wore today alone (since two of the series we were cosplaying from had shoots today). Christmas Makoto was actually a lot less stressful to wear than I thought so we’ll probably be doing Persona again tomorrow.

I guess I’ll update with various things I’ve completed this week: bows, boots and gloves for Santa and Makoto’s weapons. I still have a bit of work to do on Santa but Makoto is pretty much done. Only 5 days til Holmat so hopefully I can get this done!
