And with that my Nottingham pride weekend is over and bloody hell it was such a great weekend. From meeting my aunt and cousins by chance near my hotel, to marching with what seemed like the whole of Nottinghamshire to dancing the night away and of course making friends along the way that I will probably never see again

And now that I am on the crash I always get reflective and again the UK has made so many strives over the last few years and such. But at the same time recent events at Berlin pride prove we have a long way to go and of course what seems to be the resurrection of section 28 in school environments just targeting the trans and non binary people instead this time.

But as they saying goes we are still here and still queer! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
