my origin has always been a pos but recently when trying to install the recent update, it seems to have completely corrupted and nothing has fixed it. i’ve tried resetting my computer, reinstalling the client, etc and nothing. i haven’t been able to get into game b/c of it. does anyone have any advice on how to fix it??

after seeing some of the opinions on the moschino stuff trailer, i feel like it bears stressing that corporations are not people. corporations do not have feelings. no decision a corporation makes is for the benefit of the consumer, it is based on what the consumer will be most likely to pay for. every time new discourse about an expansion/game/stuff pack pops up, i see the argument that we the consumers are being too negative with our criticism and that since ea cannot please everyone, it would be pointless to criticize it for content that some may enjoy. but this is not true!!

ea is a notoriously awful corporation with a reputation for not only bad external business practices, but also bad internal business practices, including the poor treatment of its employees. instead of condemning fellow consumers for being ungrateful toward hardworking developers, we need to be asking why ea is consistently pumping out low quality content from these developers that doesn’t necessitate the price we pay for it. we need to be asking what unreasonable deadlines placed on these developers may have resulted in lackluster content. we need to direct our criticism toward ea. it’s not only important, but integral that we hold ea to the high standards it sets for itself.

there’s a lot i want to say that i don’t know how to articulate well, but the tldr is that it’s okay if you enjoy stuff packs like moschino stuff and my first pet stuff. it’s also okay not to enjoy it, and to be vocal about it. i promise ea will not suffer any more or less as a corporation because people complained on social media that moschino stuff looks like a bad pack.
