The color blue is known to be an appetite suppressant since there are so few blue things in nature that are edible.

For a simple spell to aid with weight loss or bad eating habits. Charge a blue candle with intent such as eliminating cravings for junk food or to stop over-eating. You can also carve certain words or sigils into the candle to help.

Light the candle. Watch the wax melt these things away. You can meditate too. Light this candle whenever you have a bad craving or when you might want to over-eat.
