When I came out to one of my friends they asked me that they don't understand why all the gay people need to have these flags and parades and that they think its a bit too much and a bit unnecessary. I think the reason we are so loud and do these parades (aside from fighting for our rights) and flaunt our sexuality cause we've been hinding it for way too long and once its out we feel like shouting at the top of our lungs and loving openly and proudly and letting everyone know that yes i love a certain person.

So yes I'll shout and be proud and love loud everyday of my life even if people think its way too much or pathetic to do so because " I AM A LESBIAN! AND I AM PROUD OF MY SELF. "
