Been slacking...
When i saw this i prayed it would be a gif!(:
So I saw progress and then I started to slack but I'm going to get back on the grind today. I did only 7 min yoga and elliptical yesterday, while reading a magazine. So far today, I've done about the same workout. And I think Thursday I did 30 min on treadmill and then 15 on the elliptical and nothing at night because I had that date. I've lost about albs so far. I'll work hard today and clean up my diet and then do a long run tomorrow. I'm looking at clocking in about 2 hrs of cardio time. Wish me luck!

Another day, another workout...
Morning- 45 min 9/9, 12/14, 13/14, 9/9; lats (70), deadlifts, lunges, shoulder raises, tricep dips, one leg pick ups

So my body is very insistent on fighting me to go into the 150s. I've been sitting around 160.2, 160.5, 160.6 for like a week. Also, anytime before when my weight would drop, it would never ever dip below 160 on its own. Well, I would just like to let my body know that my mind has accepted this challenge and I will kick the sh*t out of it until it complies.
workout today: 45 min performance train setting, strength: lat pull downs, lunges, deadlifts, tricep dips, shoulder raises
Sigh, I want my body to look exactly like hers for summer - booty, things, chest, abs, arms. fit not skinny!
I will get on this today.
