So I got a Scary Sweet Birthday Frankie on sale and as soon as I got the powder I immediately flocked them

I followed a tutorial on how to do it

So here's the first layer I did + Frankie drying

Here's how it looked when the first layer dried (and I realized way too late I should've covered the rest of their head for this)

And then second layer (again I realized too late to cover their head)

I ultimately had to wash Frankie's head to get rid of unwanted flocking and tried my best to restyle it the way it was before

So now here's my Frankie perfectly flocked

So I worked on restoring Yasmin's mother and she was a mother fucker to work with

So as a kid I had a real bad friendship break up and since the both of us bonded over Bratz I took it out on them which is why Portia looks like That

So to destain Portia I stuck in her in a Ziploc full of cream developer and left her out in the sun for a week.

It got rid of some stains on her body at least 🙃 (her face not so much)

After that I mess I tried again with just acne cream and left her out in the sun hoped like hell the color would come back to her body like the last doll I restored

She got color back in everything BUT her torso (and those damn ass stains on her face are STILL there 🙃)

After this mess I stuck her creme developer again but just her head this time

I also grabbed a Play Sportz Yasmin as body donor for her (I still have the head if anyone wants it)

Finally this woman was completely restored (I also had a brief scare where I thought the developer shrunk her head cuz it got very hard) and now here she is reunited with her daughter

Here's another doll restoration I did

Another old doll of mine, I have no idea who she is but she was wearing Roxxi Twiinz top so I chose to save her for that reason

First thing I did was repaint the boots (they were also bitten but I didn't gaf)

I washed, shampoo, conditioned, and boil washed her like Yasmin (she also had a tag in her head for the last 30 years)

I then noticed she had a mark on her face and that's where my troubles began

I did leave her out in the sun with acne cream and saran wrap but then I had the bright idea of wrapping her body in a plastic bag to protect it from the elements and ended up bleaching her legs and causing some yellowing and ofc staining them (ignore the marks in her legs they were already there)

That was fun 🙃

So I tried again and put her out in the sun with JUST acne cream and it managed to get her clean again and also brought color back to her legs again

I also conditioned her again and it made her hair even more soft

So now she's good as new (and didn't cuz as much trouble as the other doll I worked on 🙃)
