Dad's place isn't looking to bad. Finally making it where he supposedly lives.
Sorry for the late post, it’s been crazy for a few weeks. There’s a lot I wanted to share with you guys, but what I’ve been through has taken a toll on me. About my last post though, the places I’ve been to, I’ve met some down to earth people while others have tried to cross me. Lessons learned. I’m getting closer to meeting my father for the first time, but I feel time is beginning to impede on what I’m trying to do. Maybe soon I’ll finally get to meet him and talk to him. Gosh, I just hope it’s soon. I’m getting tired.
Chicken Noodle Soup for My Soul
To catch you guys up, the night before I left in search of my father, he appeared to me in a dream. He was saying something about giving me help when I need or ask for it. About that, I haven’t really got the help I thought I was going to receive. The only “help” I’ve gotten is from a sword and a flying horse. I now have a pet lion whose been more of a friend so far. He hasn’t tried to eat me. Since I’ve been traveling, I’ve been to a few places I never would’ve imagined of traveling to. Honestly, I’ve seen some things I wish I hadn’t, but I think a few pictures will convince you of the things out there. Check back soon for pictures.
Graduation is finally here. I told mom I didn’t want to go to school and that I wanted to travel and search for my father. And to answer your questions, I did ask more questions and received more than what was told to me previously. I’m grateful. So, to let you guys in on a secret, turns out that my day is a FREAKIN’ god. In hindsight, that makes me half human and half god. Or would I be considered as a full god. I don’t know, mom told the term is actually “demigod.” Because of these answers, my timetable just moved up. My mom is going to be pissed when she finds out I’m leaving in soon. Let me get to packing.
I’m Tired
I finally turned 18 last month and I’ve decided to skip college. I received a full scholarship to play ball, but my hearts’ not in it right now. Graduation is the only thing I’m looking forward to and it can’t get here any quicker. I got some answers from my mom about my dad before she started crying again. From what she’s told me, the collection of stories I’ve heard over the years are starting to connect. Apparently, I’m “SPECIAL,” meaning, I’m only half of what my father is. This sounds like a conundrum, but I think I’ll go ask some more questions. Just a little preview or segue into my next post, but I think I am a god. Well, half god.
Back for the First Time
My name is Hercules, but my friends and classmates call me Herc. I live in a small town called Thebes with my mom. Never really got the chance to meet my father. He was gone before I took my first breath, but my mother keeps insisting and reassuring me he had a definite reason for leaving. Well, I’m teetering on the age of 18 and would like some answers. I’ve heard the stories and seen pictures, but I’ve never got to meet the man. I’ve asked my mom questions, but it always ends with her crying so I’ve stopped asking. I guess I must take matters into my own hands. Hopefully, I’ll have something for my fellow bloggers, check back soon.
