Imagine if the dialogue in the Percy Jackson books accurately represented what conversations between dyslexics/adhders are like (not that we can’t communicate normally, but there’s differences)
Imagine Percy asking Annabeth a question and her replying “what”, only for her to answer the question before before he can repeat himself
Imagine Thalia having an important dream that could help with the quest, but she can’t for the life of her put any of it to words
Imagine Luke giving his speech about why the gods are bad and need to be replaced, but he zoned out for a second in the middle and can’t remember where he was and has to start over
Imagine everyone’s dialogue just cutting out part way sometimes because there was a stupid noise in the background and Percy couldn’t focus on anything other people were saying because of it
Wait a hot sec, SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM THIS FOR ME. This makes me question my reality, cuz I always do this.
Also reverse the order of your sentence, realize you said it wrong and backtrack
“Hey I’m putting the back in this car.”
“Wait, no I mean I’m putting this in the back of the car.”
