you are incredibly conveniently leaving out that most of the posts you reference are talking about WHITE women finding a place where they have a systematic way to be abusive. much the same way similar posts single out WHITE men who are cops (or doctors). statistically - in north america anyway - far less white women professionally partake in those other types of caretaking which is why the original posts don't reference them.

naturally when you remove the most important detail, the complaints could seem individualistic. but most of those posts i've seen have been, in fact, complaining about a system in which white women can abuse in plain sight + the type of person attracted to such professions. this doesn't mean the system isn't ableist etc but it does mean it hinges far more along racial lines than anything.
