I’m a strange if not terrible dancer myself, but I sure am a very enthusiastic dancer. Whenever I meet my best friend, we always dance the entire choreography (if you can call it that) of the Dancing in the Street video, me doing the Bowie part. That is just one- more light-hearted- way David Bowie inspired me. An artist of indescribable width and depth. Here are just two pics: one of the door bell that David Bowie must have rang when he was in Berlin for recording the “Heroes” album (and them some). The other one of the record “Heroes” that I bought when I went to Amsterdam for the first time. There is so much inspiration. I can only feel sorry for the personal loss for his close ones and feel obliged to start doing stuff. More than ever.

Just scanned some test shots I made with my new old Yashica Mat tlr from 1965. I always love the look of medium format film and this camera inspires to do more than just these test shots... Besides, it's lots of fun doing some film photography now and then.
