Ryan’s 21st birthday! He was in New York, in one of Pete’s club to celebrate his coming of age party with his then girlfriend, Keltie. On that same night, Ryan allegedly flew to Seattle where Brendon was since Panic! will have a show in Seattle on the 1st of September.
Which then brings us to Northern Dowpour which may or may not have been about this Seattle incident but definitely meant a lot for Brendon (I mean, he even cried while singing it after the band split.)

Seattle = located somewhere North and “generally has a rainy/cloudy weather” New York = East Coast?
Ryan flew straight to Seattle and didn’t even change his clothes! The photo with Brendon was said to have been taken by a fan who saw them in a restaurant together in Seattle right after Ryan’s birthday party.
