I was in Marks and Spencer holding an avocado – having the debate of what goes best in a salmon salad – when I got the call from my agent, and it was kind of bewildered excitement, confusion, ‘Really? Oh goodness’, all sorts of emotions…After I hung up, I though, ‘I really can’t carry on shopping’, so I just put the basket down and left Marks and Spencer, and just went for a littler walk and tried to digest.
