Autumn came in with a gust of rain and my soggy back yard looks green but wilting. Summer didn’t even say goodbye; I woke up one day and she was just gone. Feeling the meaning of sweaty selfie today... so I re-started @bikinibodymommy challenge 8.0 on September 1st, and I was feeling a bit down on myself the last few days. A crazy week at work made workouts take a back seat all week and I was feeling bad about not getting them done. I had stayed off the scale and resisted doing measurements until this morning, in which I’m down 1lb and 10 inches! I’ll take that as a win, and take some progress photos soon.
