Darkwing and Launchpad are threatened via being scalded to death using a giant kettle on two different occasions, albeit with different liquids; molten rubber in "Smarter Than a Speeding Bullet" and boiling water in "The Incredible Bulk".

Donald nearly exposeing himself 

I like stories that treat Donald as a normal person who’s a hero where you can see duck avenger thinks as Donald and vise versa

When he was flying with Mickey , he was talking as Donald Duck when he mentioned Mickey’s nephews . He forgot himself there 

while as Donald he said something that’s supposed to be known by duck avenger
