For today’s Quickie Mickey prompt on Instagram!! I’ve been wanting to try the Punkrocker art trend for a while and I decided to make it for this year’s #quickiemickey challenge by Jmaruyama 😁

I’ve grown up watching Mickey Mouse in all kinds of films, shorts, games, appearances and more! He has shown that if he can be anything from a sorcerer, a musketeer, a prince and pauper, and a king who wields a mighty keyblade! No matter what role he takes, Mickey will always be that incredible little guy with a big heart that I adore and root for and the one who started it all, he’ll never let any adversary stop him and has taken me on many incredible adventures as an artist and anywhere I go in life! He’s been a best friend and a character I’ve grown to be so maternal towards! 💖✨ .

Anything I do and anywhere I go, I know Mickey will always be a part of it and will remind me to keep the magic inside me, and know that no matter what, my dreams are always in reach and will always come true. ✨ Thank you Mickey for always being there from my toughest times to my most wonderful days~ 😊❤️🖤💛🫶

OK SO EXPLAINATION IF YOU WANT TO READ:

ok so you might be wondering why the triplets all look different….

Number one: you’re lowkey right. My fault. But I just can’t imagine Huey as blonde for some reason I can’t lie.

Number two: It’s this huge headcanon I have after that one scene in the season 2 finale where the kids are shown to be parallels of adults in their family. I thought it was super cute and wanted to incorporate those in my designs. I KNOW it’s inaccurate, I DONT CARE. I draw…. for joy…. Anyway, yes because Dewey is a ginger I think Donald is too. It’s funny, and my friend suggested it. I also feel like they would have super similar faces so Scrooge (and anyone else not paying attention) wouldn’t notice anyway.

Huey: Looks like cousin Fethry, and I would imagine their unnamed father? (Brunette)

Louie: Looks like Scrooge, Della, and Gladstone (Blond)

Dewey: Looks like Donald (Ginger LMAO)

Webby: Looks like Scrooge for obvious reasons.
