I rarely draw nowadays but here's a quick wbf doodle. Never posted RoR content myself since it IS a very sensitive / painful hyperfixation of mine that i keep hidden for my own sake, but i was low-key proud of this. The design is mostly taken from @/whitewoodinsleep, who is my biggest inspiration of all time, go check out their stuff.

One of the funniest contrasts between Destiny 2 and Warframe is their wandering void traders. Like,

Xûr is always a little hunched and he dresses like he lives in a dumpster. Nothing he says makes sense. His face is made of ethereal tentacles. He says nothing belongs to him and even his will is not his own. Up until a few months ago, you had to search across the solar system for him and sometimes he'd be up in a tree.

Baro Ki'Teer stands on a little box to make himself taller than you. He's literally just a normal human in fancy clothing. He sends you an email to announce that he's arrived and where he is. If you don't show up wearing Gucci he clearly thinks you're a peasant. He sells his own merch.

One is a cryptic space hobo, one is a pretentious art dealer, and I NEED to see what would happen if you locked them in a room with each other

one of the formative memories from war for me was when i was having a work meeting and someone asked "hey Coffee, what's that odd noise in your background? can you tune it off?" and my sleep deprived self cheery replied "sorry, this is shooting and detonation from an air raid, I can mute myself if it's too noticeable, I'm almost done with this report".

for me, it was so common it was... well. just there. only when the meeting fell into shocked silenceand then i received a couple of questions i realized that people just assumed "i'm from Ukraine" doesn't actually mean "i'm in Ukraine still"

also yeah, creating something to keep oneself sane is very, very, very crucial nowadays...

also keeping on living is the best fuck you to ruzzians considering they want us all dead

feeling this on a personal level when i casually say that there's a raid alert so i have some more time to chat, because i can't leave to take my younger brother to school until it's over

or when i suddenly cut off on my push to talk because an explosion rings out above me and i don't want my friends to hear it

or explaining morning grumpiness by mentioning i jolted awake to the sounds of bombings

or, or, or...

it's so easy to get lost in the lethargy, because when you live in a small village after having to leave your home and not having many opportunities to live life and actually do something productive, that feeling of stagnant dread catches up to you

but sometimes creating a silly doodle or an indulgent comfort fic just for yourself is enough

keep living, keep creating, no matter how hard they try to hinder you

When was even the last time I drew something for my birthday lol. Anyway this is something I made as a little treat, an actually big piece, which was rough, especially with all the burnout hounding me at all times. Anyway my operator sona + my two sillies. I'll need to compile some of my WF doodles on here sometime, I'm still lowkey new to the game and god the designs are gorgeous but drawing them is ouhgh.
