Kueh & Kopi Pairing - Bingkah (Baked Tapioca Cake), Rainbow Kueh Kueh, Kueh Talam & Ang Ku Kueh
Kueh Talam. A popular Malay and Nyonya kueh. Top layer is salty coconut milk and bottom layer is pandan springy and sweet.
Steamed Pumpkin Taro Kueh (金瓜芋头糕）A good combination of pumpkin and taro or yam.
Purple and Orange Sweet Potato Kueh with freshly grated coconut. This recipe uses wholly tapioca starch so kueh is q and springy.
Getuk Ubi Kayu (Tapioca or Cassava Kueh). They are either mixed with orange sugar or gula melaka and coated with freshly grated coconut.
Steamed Tapioca and Sago Kueh
A soft and delicious kueh with grated coconut.
Kuih Talam Labu or Pumpkin Kueh Talam
This has a salty sweet combination. Soft and yummy.
