The “fake” version of bird of paradise. Waaaay easier. You don’t need splits or crazy shoulder flexibility at all, just minor hamstring flexibility. And it’s still pretty!

As pole dancers, we understand that there are two different types of underwear: underwear you wear as underwear, and underwear you wear as outerwear. The basic rule is that if you are wearing underwear as underwear underneath underwear as outerwear, then the outer pair is called shorts. If civilians dare to suggest that they are not in fact shorts but are actually underpants, we roll our eyes because civilians just don’t get it.
