Here are some alternative Ashi Outfits. My main issue with the outfit she has is that she literally scrubbed off her top layer of skin with a rock and should have multiple scratches/wounds that would need to be bandaged up. So I thought up some designs that could incorporate a bandaged look.

         Her hand lifted up to touch the window, the warmth of her skin caused the area to create a small mist. Her gaze left her palm to watch the icy storm flood the Earth in sheets of pure white. A soft and inquiring hum emitted from her throat as her mind continued to dig deep to investigate the strange feeling.

It seemed contradicting to find peace in something that causes the plants to die and is bitter to touch. Could something often used to express the grim and dark essence of nature also perpetuate a spark of life and serenity in and of itself ?

❝ Is it odd that I find the weather so tranquil ? ❞ She asked her adventurous companion, ignoring the goosebumps crawling up her arms and the shiver that ran down her spine.

                      Ashi trailed her index finger around the swirled designs engraved in the extraterrestial constructed cavern. A chill ran up from the base of her back and towards her neck causing the little hairs to stand on end.

She turned her attention back to her travelling companion, brow perked as she declared her worries. ❝ Are you sure it’s safe to go in ? Something just feels off. ❞

Me rewatching samurai jack remembering how Ashi was robbed out of a childhood, ACTUAL EMOTIONAL GROWTH, And a long adventurous life to get to know the world she only ever saw through a crack in the wall. 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Please don’t let fandom ruin something you love. Walk away and unfollow the fans and enjoy the thing by yourself, or find a limited circle of people who ignore the discourse, or get your irl friends into the thing and collectively ignore the Internet community, or blacklist from here to the moon if you need to and only ever scroll through your rarepair ship’s tag on AO3. But don’t let fandom distort a show or a movie or a book or a comic you used to love so badly that you can’t enjoy the original anymore. Please. It isn’t worth it.

This is good life advice in general. Don’t let people who are bitter and petty take the joy out of the things that make you happy. If we all chose to walk away instead of fueling that kind of toxic hatred the world would be better off for it.
