Ok. I’m here to post about Jasper Hale Whitlock. I know everyone is sick to death of hearing me talk about him. I know there are people in the Twilight Saga fandom who don’t like him. I totally get that. But I’m here to say that you shouldn’t hate him based only on the fact that he fought for the south during the civil war. That is down right outrageous to me. Yes I understand that Jasper could’ve been better and should’ve chose the other side during that time. But I think, and it seems like to me, that Jasper has grown from his past. He learned that his way of thinking at the time was wrong. I like to think that he no longer thinks the way he used to. Yes he has slip ups (not only with his thirst but how he thinks) like we all might, even if we don’t want to admit it. Jasper is a good person and doesn’t purposefully try to hurt people. If you have any comments, let me know. Jasper is amazing and you’ll never change my mind on that.
