A Vigilante turned Villain. Missulena used to help out the local communities for a time by rescuing a person here and there, and fighting common thugs
We don't know when Missulena embraced being a Villain, but they have undid the good will they did, and turned the areas they once helped into a haven for criminals
If spotted be sure to not let them be aware of your presence, Missulena is known for parkour, so they will be difficult to catch
Make sure to ambush them and surround the Villain

Miss Nightmare is the result of the Chinese government being lenient on her Mother and not executing her, resulting in her Mother being released from prison, moving to Japan and having Nonoka
Nonoka Hiromashi had attacked on of own and attempted to make a name for herself in the underworld by killing Pro Hero Burnin
Burnin had managed to fight off the Villain and gave us the necessary information about her quirk
Miss Nightmare is capable of putting her victim into a illusion, where they see things that aren't there
She uses her Illusion quirk to make her victims see horrible things akin to a nightmare
Such a villainous quirk may be used on children knowing Miss Nightmare's twisted origins
Officers and Heroes are advised to use ranged attacks and not fight her alone
Quirk: Is able to create Star shapes and manipulate it's properties
From the USA, Alexa Nula had moved to Japan and attended UA Academy to become a Pro Hero
However, due to UA Academy being run in opposition to the Blaze Hounds, many students became rebellious against the Government
Alexa Nula being one of the many students learned this hateful ideology, had attempted to bypass a checkpoint and attacked Police Officers stationed there
Years later it seems she has grown in strength and has formed an anti Blaze Hounds faction with her old classmates
When confronting her, make sure there is a close combat specialist amongst you, as Polaris's quirk can shield herself from projectile like attacks

Tokoyami is a very dangerous individual, make sure to confront him with a taskforce
Due to his quirk, he tends to operate during the night
Heteromorphs are advised to flee from Hawk's Protege, as he is known to target them
