Typical 1200 cal day for me.
Breakfast: Milk - 181ml - 80kcal Porridge(oats) - 27g - 100kcal Dark choc - 10g - 60kcal
Lunch: Oven baked salmon - 60g - 85kcal Steamed veg (broc, carrot, cauli) - 200g - 66kcal
Dinner: Micro veg - 200g - 89kcal Mexican Chicken fillet - 155g - 224kcal Mature light cheese - 25-30g - 90kcal
Sometimes will have 50g fries with dinner depending on snacks
Snack include 2 or 3 of the following Banana - 100kcal Skips crisps (chips) - 78kcal Brownie bites - 45kcal Coffee with 10-20ml milk - 20kcal Dark choc 10g - 60kcal Nuts 5g - 50kcal

Time for ANOTHER update!
Okay so it hasn’t been another 28 days, it been 26 but 2 months overall :)
MFP streak is at 53 days, i started eating smaller portions before this, for about maybe a week :D
on my last post I said I didnt think I would ever keep up with this…but I have and its wonderful. Exercise is such a good stress reliever I don’t know what I would do without it now :)
Dont get me wrong - I have had a baddd week this week regarding food choices and drinking alcohol… haha. but I still managed to keep on or under my calories and apparently still lost a kilo in weight, so that nice.
So here we go:
Weight on June 01 2014: 83kg or 13st 1lb
Weight on Nov 28 2014: 78kg or 12st 4lbs
Weight on Jan 05 2014: 77.7kg or 12st 3lbs
Weight on Feb 01 2015: 73.9kg or 11st 8.9lbs
Weight on Mar 01 2015: 69.7kg or 10st 13.6lbs
1 month progress!
left - 159 lbs
right - 151 lbs
Every time I see and get subconscious about my double chin, I remember how much weight I’ve lose in 9 days!! 5lbs down.
I fucked up after 3 days sober!! Gained a pound back. But it’s fine, pick myself up and try again. It’s only one day.
Another night I’m up till late stressing. At least I stuck to my calories today.
