I don't know about you but I certainly find it interesting how Ai calls Shinichi "Kudo" sometimes (his actually real name), when alone or something, but Shinichi on the other hand never calls her by her actual name and just refers to her as "Haibara" (her fake name) all the time.

Huh.

I don't know what to do with this information now.

I mean, even when in distress or whatever, I can't remember any times in which he slipped up and called her by her actual name, even when we KNOW that he does slip up and makes mistakes sometimes. So he's just really internalized that it's "Haibara" and that's that, maybe.

This is about movie 11, where at the end, Ran told a little story about how Shinichi, in his selflessness, lent her his umbrella a day after school, saying that he had another one. Turns out he actually did NOT have a second umbrella and had to go home running under the rain, so he got sick and had to miss class the next day.

Please, that was so cute lmao he truly cares so much about her. Ran miiight have played dumb that one time just to save his ego. He did risk getting sick for her sake so she had to be nice.

And yes, I needed to have Yukiko (and Yusaku) around to make fun of him a little haha

somehow my brainrot has led me to this point... it's only the first day but this took me like 8 hours to make. I want to strangle krita's animation curves and i'm sure that my laptop would like to strangle me as well :). After making this i almost immediately burnt out so do not expect this level of effort from me ever again.

i'm gonna gas myself up but like i am quite proud of this one even if you can tell i was running out of steam at the end. I particularly like the first part with all the shadow thingies or whatever. Also ran in the tropical land outfit is just way too cute i love her.

Shinran week day 1: mutual pining

Although the prompt is mutual pining, I kind of envision this piece to set before ran realized she likes shinichi romantically because come on, the thought of the famous highschool detective acting like a hopeless romantic is too cute to pass!

So... I had a little dramatic moment early today, all progress I had made on the Shinranweek drawings just- disappeared SO I will not have time to participate everyday, but I still have the sketches so I'll have SOME of the prompts lmao

I'm so sad guys, I did what I could for my babies though, I can't wait to see all of the shinran love and art this week AAAAAA
