Although the prompt is mutual pining, I kind of envision this piece to set before ran realized she likes shinichi romantically because come on, the thought of the famous highschool detective acting like a hopeless romantic is too cute to pass!

Of course I'm aware!! I was waiting for it this whole time! I even made an elaborate AU for the AU prompt (it's a toilet bound hanako-kun AU)! I was going to make a comic about it however Im not sure I can finish it so perhaps I'll just scatter crumbs anytime I'm free haha
