OTP for my muse

I wouldn't go so far as to call it an OTP, especially not in Light's perspective, but I just love ??? his relationship with Misa so so so muuuch. He treats her like shit, too, but the way they interact, the way Light kept her around, the way Misa depends so heavily on him... It's all really great. She definitely deserves better than him, but I loooove them. Close second being the relationship between Light and Takada.

They're not really ships, but in terms of other characters I'd love for him to meet... Having him meet Lelouch from Code Geass (or even Suzaku?) or Johan from Monster would be great.

Character my muse is afraid of

There was a point in the beginning where it seemed as though he might be afraid of L, but it was really just fear of L's power, not him himself. The thought that he might be bested was enough to make him afraid.

Most of his fear stems from that. There was a time when he was afraid of Mello, not because of him as a person, but because he'd gotten the upper hand, making him wonder if he would have to sacrifice his own sister.

The one who he had been genuinely afraid of might be Ryuk. Seeing a death god is... well, it's freaky. Though he didn't show his fear after, Ryuk was very capable in killing him any time he wanted, which wouldn't quite go according to plan.

no omg I don't know if I actually have a weird ship with him ?? I love the dynamic between him and Ryuk but I don't ship them in the least bit. I'd say all the ships the DN fandom comes up with are pretty normal, to say the least.
