me nearing the end of my s3 rewatch: billy in s4 could've been so damn angsty and full of guilt and mmm.

Also I wanna say that even if Billy tried to be better, he’s still gonna have his moments. Neil’s abuse still would effect him and he’s a very temper prone person. It wouldn’t be easy for him to have a hold on it.

He’d backslide every now and again but he’d be trying.

In some magical AU where Billy lived and stayed with the Mayfields, (I’m thinking Neil got flayed and became part of the mind flayer meat monster, which would cause a whole lotta guilt for Billy but that’s ‘nother can of worms.)

He’d feel terrible that Max is contemplating suicide. He’d feel terrible she’s depressed and he’d blame himself.

I feel he would start being way nicer to her post s3 and he has so much guilt with him and honestly, it would’ve been interesting to have seen them both deal with their guilt and trauma and connect because of it.
