I gained over 10 kg in two months bc of binging. Every pair of jeans I own is too tight so I only wear sweatpants. I feel so guilty and gross. I’m very disappointed in myself. Currently back to intermittent fasting. Fighting the urges to binge is hard. The beginning is always the toughest part. I just have to remind myself that time WILL pass so I just have to get through it. I’ll be there in no-time. My brain is on fire.
