Rob Roy MacGregor was a Scottish warrior who fought to protect the Scottish way of life. Fast forward 400 years and this cocktail was created in his honor.
INGREDIENTS
Two measures of DEWAR'S 12
One measure of Martini Rosso
One dash Angostura Bitters
Lemon zest for granish
Whole cherry for garnish
METHOD
Fill a Boston glass with cubed ice, add a dash of bitters then pour in the Martini followed by DEWAR'S 12. Stir for 20 seconds then strain in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest and the cherry.
There are some things that are just not worth doing, which makes the things worth doing even more worth it.
