thinkiing a bit abt jordan & beacon ... specifically liike... wahahahaa i feel like out of the two of them jordan is actually way more suited to be a magical girl in the most conventional form... there iiis the obvious of her being femme and she would look superduper cute in a magical girl outfiit . yes. but also like... she has a lot more overt convictionz & beliefz and a more active sense of drive .

she actively strivez to change her life, actively strivez to change the people aroound her (mostly beacon) livez, and itd be really easy for her to have a simple arc and message about understanding the importance and subsequent of friendship because shez rather individualistic & pridez herself on her independence as it relatez to her hating feeling controlled -> feeling othered . right.

and tbh w how beacon portrayz himself iii can really see him in any perspective othr than his own really settling into his role (SAID GRIPPING MY LAPTOP)

like yes elnath abandoned the thought of any of the yuanz because she moved them into the category of thingz that she cannot have and had to sacrifice so she cannot ever think of any of these again because itd be useless to backtrack . but also i genuinely think because she essentially had to phase them out of a continued presence -> dehumanize to some degree . that she hasnt really reckoned with the idea of any of them actually Living . and that includez the idea of any of them actually Dying . idea of xiuqin . idea of person elnath didnt really meet in a substantial way (i do have thoughtz n such maybe ill draw or write smn one day) -> coz elnath herself is insane but that is a part of This Group Of People She Has Lost by virtue of her connection to other people -> to lawrence .
