Regarding Shipping Delays✨
USPS is understaffed and experiencing an unprecidented volume of shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, this has caused massive delays everywhere, and delays are now lasting much longer than usual, especially with orders outside the US.
Many tracking numbers still list packages as "In Transit" or "Not Scanned Yet." However, this does not mean your package is not moving. It could be out for delivery right now. There are many cases of individuals receiving their package in spite of what the mailing-status says.
We are so sorry again about the inconvenience. There's nothing more we can do to help locate the packages or have them arrive any quicker. All we know for sure is that they have been sent off. Perhaps you will get your item(s) sooner or later. We absolutely hope you will.
The delays frustrate us too. We care deeply about the happiness and care of you all. Trust us when we say that we are doing our best to make sure all of our customers are happy and taken care of.
If anything happens or we get notified in the coming weeks or months, like a contact from USPS or the package is returned to us, we will notify you as soon as possible!
