I think I tend to overwhelm myself. No, I know I do. I always go back to this idea of perfection. Jesus it eats at every facet of my life. Better time management. Clean house. Healthy delicious dinners every night for the family. Amazing employee, wife, mom, friend. Hot ass bod. I wish it was easier to let all of that go. I wish I could accept the good in me instead of beating myself up for not meeting my own ridiculously high expectations of myself. I bet I'd really stop getting in my own way then. If only.
