︴How would the consorts react to MC having a secret military past?
MC has kept her past as a soldier in a war from her world a secret. Up until she had no choice but to use her hidden talents to defend herself.
Toa
He would be a little upset at first. Not even about the secret itself but really because you didn't have the heart to tell him yourself. And even then, he isn't really upset with you. He understands it's difficult to talk about so he doesn't overstep. He doesn't think that differently about you other than you're far stronger than he initially thought. But he will dote on you more so that you feel safer to talk to him about even the darkest of things.
Guy
He would be a bit upset as well at first. Not so much at the fact that you kept it from him but more so the fact that you hid such strength. Power is important to Guy and he doesn't fully understand why you would want to keep such a strength a secret. He would admire it and encourage you to show your strength, which could help you feel less like it is shameful or a weakness.
Lynt
At first he may have a hard time accepting it. Violence is something he dislikes greatly and he would've never have thought you were active in a war. He still loves you, of course, and comes to accept that you are still the same person he loves no matter what. He would comfort you, realizing how hard it must have been and reassures that his feelings haven't changed.
Roy
At first he thought he was seeing things that weren't there. The way you held the sword so naturally despite it being your first class. But he thought perhaps it was beginners luck. Despite those suspicions it was still a large shock. Even so, he came to admire you even more. He would be a little envious over not knowing this side of you. It would change his perception of you really in the sense that you don't need as much protecting as he originally thought. Nonetheless, hes still going to protect you with everything he has.
Fenn
He would admire it so much. Hell, he would probably start writing a novel about a warrior princess. He wouldn't dwell so much on the fact that you didn't tell him because he knows how visiting the past can be hard. But he would eagerly celebrate your strength. He'd poke at you and ask you to flex your muscles and you'd shoo him away after having flexed them for the 3rd time that day. But he also would be a little more careful teasing you after watching you pummel a guy.
Dia
He would admire you even more than he already did. He wouldn't mind so much that you kept this from him because he understands well how hard talking about the past can be. But he would be very curious, and ask you questions about your past. Of course, he would be mindful and ask if it's alright to talk about, and be comforting whenever there was a conversation about it. His view of you wouldn't change much as he's really understanding of circumstance. He would try to talk you through the shame and guilt you felt like you did with him.
Lance
He would be really receptive of it. He understands well what that life can be like and is quick to comfort you. He doesn't even care that you hid it. He's curious, but doesn't ask too much. He sensed something before it all came out with the way your body was built. He's really amazed at how far you've come and the strength you have. He would be proactive in ensuring there aren't things around that could potentially trigger you or make you feel like you have to act. If you want to show more of your strength, he would gladly duel with you.
Rio
He would be so excited! A new sparring partner with that much skill? Amazing. He wouldn't give a second thought on the fact that you hid it. You have your reasons and he trusts that. He would be quick to celebrate your strength and bravery. At first it's kind of hard for him to understand the dark nature of it. But he would try the best he can to understand and be there for you. He would offer to train with him in the hopes you're more accepting of your great strength.
Aquia
He would be so shocked. He wouldn't even know what to say or how to feel. He wouldn't mind the secret. Though he would realize that you've been through a lot especially on your own. He would be very gentle and patient with you. He sees you as you are now and that's what matters to him.
Tino
The gasps he would gasp. He would hardly be able to believe it. But would quickly become so proud of you. He would be gentle and approach the topic very carefully. Instead of looking at the past itself he looks more for how it effects you now. He would be sure to check in on you to see if you're okay.
Grayson
Even though he saw the signs it still was shocking. Your not so recent calloused hands and firm grip were noticeable but he never mentioned it. He would comfort you, and wouldn't ask questions. Not why you hid it or what your experience was. But if you wanted to talk about it he would listen intently. He would be protective over you to ensure you don't have to raise your hand in a violent situation even if you can.
Jasper
He could tell there was still more about you he didn't know. Your reflexes were quick, and he couldn't pull one over on you. You were careful and always acted oblivious. It was intriguing and he loved the mystery. Once it was revealed it made sense. He finds your strength remarkable and if you're interested he offers to train together.
Knight
His breath would be taken away. You're the creator and a badass on the field??? Stregnth is important to Knight and he respects the power you have. While he's already very adoring this would bring it up by a lot. If anything, he would probably ask you for some lessons. He would try to make the space more comfortable for you to talk about it. He's pretty giddy over your strength when you show it off.
Lou
He would love it. He would find ways to test your strength effective immediately. There's suddenly a new C rank assignment where you have to sparr with each other without magic and swords. On a random Wednesday there's an obstacle course in the court yard that you have to complete for a special assignment. It may take him a little while to fully understand you and your feelings about it but he would be supportive of you. His opinion of you wouldn't change at all.
Princes path
As a collective they would try to shield you from the current war as much as possible. It's hard for you and they can see it's hard for you. But you try to reassure them that you'll be okay. They look to you quite often because you have more knowledge about active war than they do.

The lecture never ceases to end and the lecturer in particular seems to speak in repeat. I’ve since finished my assignment for class but I still stick around in wait of her. The woman I’ve grown quite fond of. It has not been long, but we have gone out on numerous dates in the woods or in town. Just weeks ago within the flowerbeds we shared our first kiss. It was brief, but good nonetheless. It is rare for her to initiate a kiss so I suspect she may be a bit conservative, especially given our attachments are newer. In observation of that I’ve tried to contain my affections to avoid discomfort.
“I’m finally done.” She breathes a sigh. Toa goes over to eye her work. His eyes say that he isn’t disappointed but neither is he impressed. He nods in approval and she lifts herself up in accomplishment. To that, I feel a small smile trickle in. But soon enough that’s disturbed when Toa calls her back briefly. What does he want with her now? She swings around, grabs her things and turns to me with a smile.
“Thanks for waiting, Dia. I’m surprised to see you here.” We fall into step as we head out of the door.
“I had only come to see you.” I state bluntly. This causes her lips to twitch and curve until they relax once she’s able to mask her delight in those words. When we are out of the door she makes the oddest turn.
“Right, Toa isn’t sure where Knight is at the moment and his next class starts soon. He asked me to grab a few textbooks in the storage room.” She turns to fill me in on what was asked of her.
“Bah, he just enjoys ordering others around…” I grumble. She chuckles and lightly pokes my side to which I flinch. Always the one to help others.
“It will only take a few minutes. I can meet you somewhere if you’d like.” Her lips are angled rather playfully but my eyes fall to the side.
“No need. I’ll just come along then.”
We then head deeper into the school where the faculty work. She finds the storage in question and we head inside. The door slams behind us but I check to ensure it opens again. The storage is somewhat small, with the only source of light being a small window close to the ceiling. Blue light bleeds in which outlines her soft neck line and the roundness of her lips. She reaches for the textbooks but before she’s able to grab them I press closer which causes her to pause. She observes me before pressing her back against the bookshelf. Drifting even closer I slide a leg of mine between her own and place an arm against the shelf. My face hovers mere centimeters from her before I tilt my forehead against hers. Her adorable eyes peer at me as if she were expecting something else. I had opened my mouth to tease her but huff a small laugh not wanting to wait any longer and our lips fall into place. With one long kiss I taste the peach gloss she had on and the scent of vanilla on her clothes. We part lips, but only to fall into another kiss. And another, and another. Our heads slowly saunter back and forth as we take in air and fall into each other again each time. The once silent kisses begin to develop into messier sounds. I feel her body stiffen and fall each second. Soon enough my body follows suit.
Though our lips do not part, my eyes flit open as I feel something growing between my legs. With a smack of our lips part I take a step or two back, now turned away from her.
“Dia? Are you alright? What’s wrong?” I can hear her take a few steps forward.
“I’m quite fine. You ought to give Qelsum those books. I shall catch up with you later.” I say rigidly. I unbuckle the latch to my cloak and hold it to drape over my lower stomach and briskly walk out of the room before she can inquire any further. What in the fresh hell? Why must my body do such a thing now? I hardly meant for things to escalate that much. I wonder if she noticed. How embarrassing. I heave a sigh and before I know it I am already inside Dorm Nivalis.
“Master Dia, how good of you to be out this hour.” Jay greets me as I walk into my room. With one look, “Oh dear, your face is rather flushed, my Lord. Have you become il-”
“Jay, leave.” I say promptly, still clutching my cloak against my stomach.
“...At your word, sir.” He gathers any supplies used and makes his leave.
At last when I am alone I sit and uncover the legs I’ve been safeguarding. The noticeable lump is still very much there. Do I truly have no control over myself? I hardly mean to shock her with such an implication. Another sigh leaves me as I picture the ways I can correct this with her. With a few more minutes my region dissipates and I somewhat relax. I lie down on my bed and glance over the mushrooms that fill my room. I feel my eyes slowly shut and my lips flatten together as I’m reminded of our sultry kisses. I remember more details like the way I gripped her waist and the way her hand traced over my neck. I feel the skin on my body tingle as I feel a phantom hand gliding over it. Whether it had been minutes or hours I’m suddenly jolted awake by a knock on the door.
“Hey, Dia. It’s me. I came to check on you. You left so suddenly earlier I was worried but it seemed like you wanted space.”
I throw the covers off myself and get up to open the door but I come to a pause.
“I will be a moment.” I grit my teeth in astonishment with how unbearably unfair it is when it comes to her. I change out of my slightly damp trousers, wash up and open the door. I move aside to invite her in and she seems to have read the twisted expression on my face. As soon as I shut the door behind me she gets straight to it.
“Okay, just be honest... What’s going on? You don’t need to hide anything from me.” She says in earnest. How kind she is, acting as if she hadn’t felt an added leg against her thigh. It’s quite hysterical that she’s brought such seriousness to a topic like this. It’s quiet for a long moment. I slowly part my lips to come clean but before I can she continues.
“No need to be shy.” With around five steps away from me she takes one step closer.
“I am no such thing.” I look her in the eye to firmly plead my case. Her crimson eyes test me as she takes a step closer.
“You can be. There’s nothing wrong with that.” The corner of her lip rises into a smirk. “You were pretty reserved about your issue earlier. It was endearing, really.”
I let out an unstoppable sigh. What rubbish. The moment I look back at her she’s centimeters away from me. The tip of her tongue peaks out and crosses the opening of her lips.
“How cruel. You wanted me to admit such a thing word for word.” My eyes unwaveringly peer back into hers.
“And if I did?” The last bit of closeness humanly possible is reached, my back is against the door and I can feel her breasts shuffle against my chest.
“Perhaps I was excited earlier. What of it?” I begrudgingly admit in a whisper of the ear.
“Tell me more…” I feel the hitch of her breath on my neck, and not a second later do I feel a plump warmth against it. Each kiss felt deeper than the last as if she was trying to pick away at something. Her hands traveled from my thighs to the waist and she didn’t waste any chance to squeeze them. My lips part and close repeatedly in hopes of saying something but nothing came about. She took a brief pause to meet my eyes, to which mine never left her. Her eyes have a glossy glint to them. Never have I seen the side of her before. Yet I haven’t the mind to stop her.
“I say, what shroom in the forest did you ingest?” Is all I muster out before she guides me away from the door and backed onto the bed. She straddles my lap and gently presses my chest down to which I follow.
“Clearly the right kind.” She whispers, now fully on top of me. Her head depresses toward mine and we exchange a few pecks. The tip of her tongue sneaks its way to the surface of my lips. I hadn’t realized she managed to get through my corset and shirt half way unbuttoned. I start to feel a restricted tightness as I grow harder. I wince, knowing my body once again betrayed me by displaying my arousal so openly. Her soft kisses traveled from my lips, to my cheek and onto my neck. The sound of cloth rustling came from her right hand so curiously descending to my pants. My own hands reach under her skirt and wonder about her legs. Each kiss leaves a long tickle through me. “I can agree to those terms. But in turn you must agree to them as well. You’ve hidden such talents under the guise of innocence. How dare.” I harumph. Another spat of laughter comes from her.
“I didn’t want to scare you off.” She says in a sneaky quietness. To think I thought I was the one holding back. I plant another kiss on her forehead.
“In any event, I love you too, my lovesong.”
Extras
The next day I readied myself for tea with the prince of Invidia as invited. I'm not one to socially involve myself especially with the likes of royals but his valet’s tea is rather exceptional.
“Welcome, Master Dia. It is a pleasure to see you. Thank you for coming. Please, have a seat.” I am welcomed into the S rank lounge readily by Invidia. Luxure seems to be there as well. Of course he must insert himself wherever.
“Ah, Dia how wonderful it is to lay eyes upon you.” Luxure rests his head into his hand as he leans against the couch rest.
“Must you be everywhere? I’ve grown tired of your face.” I say in irritance.
“Oh, you wound me. But how can I stay upset with such a pretty face?” He chimes. I let out another sigh and rest my head on my hand. Roy’s valet, Grayson comes in with the tea and scones.
“Feel free to eat as much as you like, Master Dia.” Roy gives his princely smile. I nod and pick out a few I like. The two S rank princes chatter amongst themselves but I haven’t much interest in their conversation. The tea has a nice fragrance, soft and mellow. Upon serving I pick up the tea and bring it to my lips. I brush some hair behind my ear to prevent any strands from getting in the tea. The room suddenly goes quiet as the two of them stop talking. After I sip my tea I look up to see the two across from me staring as if I’ve grown a second head. I set my cup down and scowl at them.
“Why do you stare at me so? Speak plainly.” I demand. Those two glance at each other with tame small smiles. A pocket mirror floats in my direction. I observe myself in the mirror and my glare remains.
“I do not see-” I gasp. On my neck litters ghastly purple marks. I shuffle the hair tucked behind my ear back to where it was. Before I slam the mirror shut I can tell my face has reddened a bit. Whether it be from their discovery or the recount of last night I’m unsure.
“No need to be embarrassed, Master Dia.” Roy seems to be doing the utmost to hold in his amusement.
“Why, I’m rather jealous.” Fenn lets out his laughter. I’m irritated beyond measure.

To summarize, the fic is a consort path for Sherry. Mistakes were made and now Sherry and MC have to figure out how to navigate the rough positions they're put in. How will they overcome the kingdom's trying to control them?

Standing here, under the archway, I survey the pile of immense and bulky baggage. Yes, everything is here. I sigh, and my nervousness surges in my heart.
“Adelle, Adelle!” A slender, very pretty woman runs to me, with footsteps even lighter and fleeting as a deer, and the moment I hear her, all the tension leaves my body, like a long-surpressed sigh.
The carriage stands in the archway of the academy, the dragon at the front of it, with magnificent scales as red as rust and a sparkling blue deeper than the sea itself, stretches its neck languidly. Gazing up at the red moon, it wonders where its mistress intends to go.
I glance up, shoving the last of my bulging trunks into the almost-full carriage. “Sher, why are you here? It’s so late!” I jokingly say, half-teasing, half-touched, by her actions.
“You! How could you have left without letting me see you off!” She cries out indigantly, and I see her eyes, like the most precious of gemstones, sparkle with unshed tears.
“Sorry, sorry. I just didn’t want you to worry too much. I’ll be fine, really!”
“It’s you, Adelle, so, just this once-” She holds up a finger- “I shall forgive you. But never again!”
Our chatter and laughter fill the courtyard, and time seems to hold still.
And when, I climbed in the carriage at last, the red moon perched high, high above in the sky, like some sort of trophy, she stood there, waving wildly. Then, in the blink of an eye, the dust on the ground rose, swirling up like mist, and we were off.
The last thing Sherry saw before Adelle vanished into the night was the sight of a cat sitting on the back of the dragon, and the way the moon seemed to illuminate that lady, sitting tall and gazing back at the ground.
