* 1 cup milk (or substitute with water)
* 1 tbsp honey (optional)
2. Simmer the rice with the milk (or water) for 25â30 minutes until soft
3. Blend into a smooth paste, adding a splash of milk or water if needed
4. Stir in the honey (optional)
5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water and follow with your favorite moisturizer. Use 2-3 times per week
