@fuckyeahdnd Here’s a quick 30 second version of a thing I did with your idea!

This song was made using a 9 tone scale, the idea being that it would reflect the 9 layers of of the hells in D&D. Thus, I picked a devil and made a quick 30 second piece based off of that idea. There are some sudden shifts in mood and tone, reflecting the bargains of Mammon: You think you’re getting one thing, but that’s not always the case.

This moonlit Feast Hall has fallen on ill times indeed, but not as ill as its last batch of guests. This macabre spectacle tells a story of its own, while raising a handful of questions to boot. Wha tterrible catastrophe befell these people? An ancient curse? Conspiring nobles? A woefully unqualified chef? Gluten???

That remains to be discovered, but what is certain is that the miasmic gloom of this scene bodes ill for the party of adventurers unlucky enough to find it, forced to deal with the lingering, sickly haunts that reside here if they have any hope of examining the room for clues or valuables that lie in wait.
