marley is the only person with a southern accent who will ever say ‘bless your poor sweet peach pickin’ heart’ and actually mean it in a sincere, complimentary way instead of the usual passive aggressive way.

marley has a southern accent, but not like m.ccree’s country cowboy one. no, this boy has a deep south georgia accent. but he tries to hide it with a terrible northerner accent and he mixes in words like ‘love’ and ‘wanker’ and ‘welks’ in because...he’s a nerd. he wants to be like his favorite heroes so he tries to adopt their speech patterns and it’s a mess. if you want to imagine what he sounds like think of a southern guy who’s trying to sound like a new yorker who’s doing a british accent.
