Luffy had been scolded on multiple occasions for entering the girl’s cabin in the middle of the night. It was always to ask the girls some pointless question with zero relevance to anything that could possibly happen in life that more often than not ended up keeping the girls up long after they had given the boy an answer they made up on the spot and sent him on his way.

But tonight, he didn’t care about the fine Nami had put in place. The guys weren’t as good with stuff like this as the girls were. So now the boy stood there by her side of the bed. It was only fair as he went to Robin the last time, regardless if it was a question about if Skypians and Shandorians could fly if they really wanted to with their little wings.

He hugged her tightly, resting his head on her shoulders. Whatever he had dreamt about prior to waking the navigator left him really shaken. He couldn’t even remember what it was about, but it had messed him up.

      Nami  didn’t  say  another words,  she just was there for Luffy.       He didn’t have to talk either,  if he didn’t  want  to.  Soft  fingers       stroke  through  raven  hair  as  she  pulled  him a little closer,       closing her eyes as a quiet sigh escaped her lips. It was rare,       but  it  was  kind  of  cute;  Nami  didn’t  mind  comforting  her        Captain like that.
