Hello, you can call me DG, I’m 20. Just thought I should introduce myself since I’m getting back into this.
Anyways, I’ve had food issues since middle school, and used to be active on here a little less than a year ago (for reasons you already know if you’re on this side of tumblr) but decided to quit. Leaving was giving up, not getting better. I never got better, I just stopped trying. Now, I am trying again.
I’m not going to worry too much about the number on the scale. I’m into the gym and lifting weights, so being dainty-bony-teeny-tiny isn’t exactly my goal. Being super skinny isn’t even my goal.
My goal is to be very lean. I want visible muscles and a flat stomach. I’m somewhat muscular, but I’m still skinnyfat on top of it and I’m sick of it. A few days ago I tried to put on an old swimsuit top from last year and it barely closed, and that’s what kinda pushed me over the edge.
