i’m at my lowest weight in over 2 years and i don’t know how to feel about it.

i’m A LOT more high functioning than ever before at this weight because I don’t restrict very low like I used to, but I don’t feel as bad as I did at this weight last time.

Feels like i’m not sick again as i’m not starving, low energy or cold - i just don’t have my period.

it doesn’t feel dangerous yet. but I know a bmi of 16.5 will put me in the ‘danger zone’ very soon, so I might maintain it when I get there.

lads do not mess around w diuretics. they are just glorified caffeine pills. I took two w 100mg caffeine each and im superrr buzzed. its 11pm. i have to be awake at 7am tomorrow. i am shaky and cannot sleep bc im peeing constantly/buzzed on caffeine.
