Melissa checked all the machines before she had to go check on a different patient. Days past but finally Isaac started to show signs of waking up.

Isaac released her quickly, almost as if he had been burned. Last thing he wanted to do was hurt her. “I’m sorry.” He mumbled, tears pooling in his eyes. “I just… I have to know… Are they right? Did you c-cheat on me?”

The pack all took shifts- some with Lexi, some with Isaac, and the others resting and getting ready for their turn. At that moment Scott was the one in her room, he noticed her start to stir and leaned closer. "Lexi?"

          Isaac cringed at the loud sound but otherwise           was unaffected. He stepped forward once to           listen outside the door. The beta heard footsteps           and took a deep breath, getting ready to attack.

                 Sam had heard from the others about Isaac’s issues with 

                  tight spaces, so his heart moved with pity for the werewolf.

                 Fear quickly took over as he watched the young beta struggle

                  to maintain control, backing his way into a corner.

“It’s not your fault. I-I should have noticed how small the room was before we came in here.”

              Isaac paced, making sure to stay away from the               corner where Sam was. He could smell the fear               coming from him and instantly felt guilty. But if               they didn’t get out soon- Isaac didn’t finish that               thought.

Lexi was still, unresponsive, pale. She wouldn’t wake or move. Everything in her was too upset and hurt, too heartbroken.
